"フロントの対応が丁寧でした。通りからちょっと入った立地の為か、夜とても静かで、静かすぎて換気扇の音が気になってしまうほどでしたが、快適に過ごせました。また利用したいと思います。"

"اقامة مريحة ومنطقه رائعه"

"Muy buena atención, el personal muy amable y las instalaciones excelentes"

"This is a very nice hotel with spacious rooms and a great breakfast buffet. The only perks I see are that it’s a little far on foot from most places but they have shuttles at certain hours. There is a nice Japanese family restaurant nearby and even though the rooms where spacious and clean beware that even if you reserve the Mount Fuji view it depends solely on climate and the will of the mighty deity to be let seen. In my case I didn’t saw neither from my room nor the dinner but then again that...

"Clean and tidy room. Staff always showing sweet smiles and willing to help."

"Roof top Fuji view is great. Kimono offering and public bath is wonderful. Has some difficulty to find out about transportation nearby. Lack of clear information. Hotel shuttle has no other stops. Made it difficult to get around the areas other than calling uber. Food are good but do not know what is on the menu. Overall very good experience"

"I would give this hotel 6 stars, or infinity stars if I could. This hotel was simply fantastic. The staff were amazing, friendly, and helpful. The entire property was clean, quiet, with clear attention to detail. The Onsen is HOT and amazing. The shuttle service you can use as you need to, and is free and incredibly convenient. FULL breakfast included was also great. Rooms such a nice size compared to city hotels. I will have stayed at ~30 different hotels this year for business and...

"The staff was very helpful and very welcoming. They made our stay very special and we really appreciated it! The room was very clean and quite big for us 3. It had everything we needed. The location was great. You can walk from Kawaguchiko station and with the buses explore all the spots around Mt Fuji very easily. There are plenty of good restaurants, grocery shop, drug store and convenience stores within walking distance. We got to do laundry and they also had a dryer (something not that...

"Older style ryokan definitely kept the old style, a great experience that I think the newer hotels wouldn’t give you. Great views of the lake, only a 5 minute walk around the corner to see Mt Fuji!"

"Very nice"

"Wow, I seriously wished we could have stayed one more night because this place was so relaxing. The room we had was massive, and we chose to sleep on the floor, the floor mattress and blanket were so comfy. The onsen was our favourite part. After long days of walking, we relaxed in the hot springs, and sat in the massage chair. The area is perfectly tucked away but a nice walk to restaurants around and not crowded! They provide a shuttle to Kawaguchiko’s Bus station. 11/10 recommend!!"

"スタッフの方も丁寧で、とても良くしていただきました。ありがとうございました。富士山も2日間見れて有難かったです。"
