"Nice onsen, good facilities"

"La Vista is an amazing spa hotel, rooms are large and comfortable, we had a large bath and a balcony, the public spa is wonderful, with ice cream, the restaurant is excellent and there are free drinks and Ramen. Wonderful hotel,"

The problem was the front desk. An older male receptionist flatly refused two small, ordinary requests: printing a single document, and a small box of pastries for our early departure that a female colleague had already agreed to prepare. No apology, no explanation, no attempt to help. A shame,...

"I originally booked a no view room but I cancelled it for a lake view room and it was worth it. I also booked it without dinner or breakfast because I was unsure weather my parents would appreciate it, but it was still worth it even without the meals. I originally booked this inn because it offered onsen and a really comfortable transfer from the station to the hotel, saved us the trouble of walking around with the luggage. The view was really beautiful, and the room really clean. I really liked...
