She took excellent care of us, reminding us of our dinner reservations, tour, transportation, etc. If you are looking for an adults-only all inclusive resort in San Jose Del Cabo area, this is the one. "They offered us the chance to upgrade our room on arrival and we went for it! The swim up room was amazing for some private swimming time. The room was clean, the staff incredibly attentive. I have a ton of food allergies and had been fearful of what to expect but in both the on-site restaurants and the Buffet, the Waitstaff, Executive Chefs and Mangers were all so accommodating! Cannot say enough about the ladies in the Coco Cafe or the lovely bartenders in the Preferred Lounge either! We will definitely be back! "

"Wonderful hotel minutes walk to square. Rooms are beautiful and very comfortable. We stayed for 11 nights at the end of Oct and the town was quiet during that period, except Thursday nights art walk which is something everyone should see. Roof top pool was so nice, most days had it all to ourselves. The staff are so friendly and welcoming, I was ill the last couple days and they arranged a doctor to come see me. Can’t wait to go back and tryout the new restaurant on the rooftop, should be opening soon. "
