"I’m very disappointed with the experience my family and I had this weekend. I have always chosen to stay with you, which makes this experience even more frustrating. This weekend, we booked four rooms, and when one of our family members needed help getting into a room because the doors kept locking, the gentleman working at the front desk refused to assist us because that family member was not listed on the room. Even though we were on the phone and could verify the situation, he insisted that...

"We reserved a room with two queen beds and a bed in the couch. What we got was one queen bed and a couch bed. Explanation was that the hotel was sold out and there were no notes. It was an awful night of poor sleep. We are very disappointed."

"The hotel is located behind a Mexican restaurant/bar and it does not have a big sign on the street so you might miss it. Also, there were two lights in the room that did not work. Other than that, the room is clean and the staff are helpful."

"Clean room"

"The beds and bathroom were a bit on the smaller side. But overall the place was clean and comfortable."

"Excelent all services"

"Everything was great breakfast was good beds were comfortable and there were elevators that worked. Best day during our 9-day trip in California."

"The carpets were dirty and rooms were not clean very well for your next day stay"

"This hotel does not provided anything, we didn’t get housekeeping we asked for extra towels and they just say is going to be on royal service , but we didn’t get anything. The room side we get was very noisy and impossible to rest , horrible location, but It is what is if you reserve thru third parties you always get the worst rooms ."
