The room and overall grounds were spotless, The free breakfast was good - not great. The breakfast attendant kept everything clean and well-stocked. Also, it starts at 5:30 a.m., which is great. Still, a bit more variety in the offerings would have been nice. The location was excellent - right downtown, and the staff was helpful.l There is no dedicated pet relief area but plenty of such areas across the street- just, please, keep your dog leashed at all times.

Stayed for a work trip. The room was clean and spacious; I’m happy they have a decent size fridge and microwave in the rooms. Grocery stores and a park close by to walk around. I would stay here again.

We were there for a Veteran Conference. We chose the Best Western for our two day stay. The room was nice and clean. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was very good. On our next trip to Modesto we now know where to stay.

I had an excellent stay at Best Western Town House Lodge. The front desk and staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made my experience even better. The coffee was always fresh, and the breakfast was very good with great options to start the day. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!
