"Just there one might - nothing to complain about"

"Room fine for motorway stop over. Never usually bother doing reviews but wanted to note the excellent customer service be reception desk woman late evening 22nd Oct. She was helpful, friendly and just genuinely chatty."

"Abdual was amazing with helping me find the entrance. Lovely crazy rooms, will be back soon!"

"Had a wonderful 6-day stay at the gorgeous Royal Bell. Exceptional service—everyone was eager to please and made sure our stay was flawless. It's in the heart of Bromley and convenient to stores and restaurants. We booked a deluxe double room, which was spacious, including the bathroom and its oversized shower. "The front of house staff were brilliant, as always. Unfortunately, the morning lounge/bar/breakfast staff weren’t very welcoming or attentive."

"Was such a treat and would love to return! Thank you x"

"Location was great. TV not working and arrived to a unclean bathroom"

"Great location & helpful staff. Nice breakfast. Bar always seemed to be understaffed however. A little tired decor wise but the rooms were clean."
