The other times, I had to wait, was told to just order what I want, or just not get the items I wanted. That was my only issue. "

"A very complicated way from the Airport. First with train, than Tube, than another train and at last with a Bus. The Code for the key was not correct and I first ask a neighbor for help. A few minutes later a young man came out and tell us that the code was changed. He don't introduce himself and we thought, that's only a neighbor. But later I thought he was the owner. He turned off the heater every day. The apartment was much small for 3 poeple. I never would stay there again."
