"The staff at best western really went above and beyond with my elderly mom traveling alone. They really understood the importance of family and treated my mom like they're family by taking all my request over the phone as my mom first language is Spanish. By arranging her wake up call and airport return shuttle before she even arrive. They heard and listen to my concerns. The rooms were very clean. The staff were knowledge about flights location and terminals. As toronto International can be challenging to navigate due to its size. This place is truly a jem in the rough. Because every staff member i talk to really did care about my mom safety and comfort. Thank you so much! Will definitely be back. "

"All of the staff were super friendly, willing to help. As soon as we drove up to the hotel, we had the option to valet our car for a fee which was very convenient. Great location right in the heart of downtown Toronto at Yonge & King St. The lobby bar was decorated beautifully for Christmas. We stayed overnight in the Historic Double Suite. We loved the nostalgia of the original exterior windows. The rooms have been renovated, and included a kitchenette. The bathroom had a bathtub as well as a separate shower, and was a decent size. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend One King West Hotel."
