"The GA Palace became a home-away-from-home for us. The facility and amenities were extraordinary, and we have not a single complaint or criticism. Best of all, the staff was a team of efficient, friendly, knowledgeable young professionals. They all treated us as honored guests and always made us feel comfortable. They seemed to enjoy their work. The restaurant was beautiful, with exquisitely prepared dishes and a full bar. Both the inside and outside dining areas were well-appointed and comfortable. The buffet breakfast was lavish, with everything one could desire. We give GA Palace the highest recommendation possible and will choose it again when we return to Porto."

"Good location for sightseeing. Spotlessly clean, friendly staff. Breakfast was good, replenishment at times was poor. Housekeeping was a bit random. Clean room and fresh towels every day, but never replenished creams for coffee. On 2 different occasions removed teaspoons and mugs, presumably for cleaning, but did not replace. Over all would recommend"

"I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Mr. Leo, who was so kind and helpful during check-in. He kindly provided detailed explanations and assistance whenever my cousin and I had questions or needed help, giving us a wonderful start to our trip. The room was extremely clean, and we loved having an unexpected balcony! I was especially touched by the breakfast, which was prepared so that we could mix rice with vegetables. Although it was a short two-night stay, I would definitely stay here again next time I visit Lisbon!"

"Our room was really nice but different then the one shown on Expedia. We liked the room we were assigned so didn't want to make a big deal about it. Also Expedia said we'd be offered a 20% discount on food one time but the hotel gave us a voucher for 15%. Not a big deal but kind of felt like the hotel and expedia weren't on the same page. Parking was a nightmare. But we did secure parking a five minute walk away. The view was gorgeous from our room and the location was perfect. We did really like our time in Porto and would choose this hotel if we ever return. but the hotel only question it. When I looked at"
