"The room and bathroom are clean and well maintained. It is in a good location. Walking distance to restaurants and stores. The room has small fridge but no microwave. The staff is friendly. They have self laundry facilities. The minor issue is house keeping services. They are not consistent. One day, they didn’t collect the dirty towels. The other day, they didn’t replace our mugs and refill the coffee and teas. But overall is good. We will still stay here if we come again."

The manager told us that since we booked through Expedia there was nothing he could do to help, and he didn't seem to care that we were stuck. I had to pay for a second room. The actual rooms are small and run down. Threadbare and stained carpets. We had a view of the construction for what looks like a new hotel."

"The hotel and lobby areas are “old” in that historic hotel type of feel. We pulled into registration, walked in the lobby and were so happy for our choice to stay here. "Did not enjoy stay as it was noisy from people parking right outside your room. we had a group leave 4 o’clock in the morning making all kinds of noise. Another negative was that the air conditioner was 1 foot from the bed. You could not sleep well because it would either be ice cold air conditioning blowing on you or no air conditioning at all. "We stayed in one of the wagons, which was a unique experience...one we would do again. Showers weren't the best, but it is a working ranch. Food at the cafe was pretty good. Staff were friendly and helpful. Whilst we were there it rained overnight, but we weren't worried about rain getting into the wagon, and in point of fact - it was so relaxing listening to the rain on the wagon's canopy. Overall, we would recommend this unique experience!"

"What a great place to stay!!! Brett and his team were amazing! very involved, took group photos for us, recommended places to eat. A very clean, organized place to be!! There mattresses were amazing, no hurt backs the whole time! The food at the Whistling Grizzly was amazing!!! The staff took great care of us and every other guest there! I would recommend Brett and his staff for a pay raise!!! Can't wait to come back and see the team!"

"The cabins are small but were adequate for our group. We rented 3 cabins for 12 adults and a baby. The rooms were clean. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Two of our three rooms were ready an hour early but the other was ready a half hour after stated check-in. Overall, the cabins served the purpose for sleeping."
