"Only 1 elevator, intermittent, lots of shaking, scary"

"The staff were never at the front desk. You had to wait forever. They just sat in the break/dining room."

"The staff was what made our stay memorable. Will definitely stay again when I’m the area."

"Very comfortable and clean"

"Room smelled like moose pee, water did not work. New room sheets were stained"

"Overall they're a pretty well run outfit. Only thing that was a drawback is only one elevator for such a big building."

"Everything about this stay was great! The room was very clean and cozy. The staff was personable and helpful."

"Helpful staff"

"Room was filthy. Dried white presence on tables vent filthy hair in beds gum on floor. Couldn’t even let my kids into room. Went to talk to staff was told that he personally cleaned it. Tried to get a refund but full of excuses from both the mustang motel and hotels.com. Save your time and money. Would have been cleaner to sleep in parking lot."
