"Stayed there this weekend 10/2-10/4 and last night I killed a roach that was running across the dresser and woke up to one crawling on my arm. Normally this place is very clean (stayed there well over 10 times) so I am shocked this happened."

"Would stay at property again"

"Amazing resort but our shower head was broken and sprayed everywhere but where it was supposed to."

"The rooms were very nice, and very clean! The staff were all so kind, a wonderful complimentary breakfast, and the rooms and beds were very cozy and comfortable! The only complaint we had was the elevators. 2/3 elevators were down, which things happen and that’s okay! But it turns out one elevator has been down for over a year, and the other had been down for 7 months. This is an incredibly busy hotel and it would turn to a 15-20 minute wait every time we had to change floors. This is not a...

"The Quality Inn is a great base for visiting New River Gorge National Park. Fayetteville is a cute town with several fun restaurants including one on site at the hotel."

"Extremely clean and new. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was a little sparse but the coffee was good. I was disappointed that there wasn't a pool or hot tub which I thought was provided but that was my misunderstanding. The staff was very nice. The directions through Google maps were all wrong and took us way beyond where we should have been. I gather this is not just a problem for us but for many others too. The noise from staff working and children running up and down the hall woke us...

"Comfortable bed and great breakfast"

"Breakfast buffet wasn't up to Marriott standards. Many of the items were running low."

"Don’t liked"

"Our room was very clean, spacious, and well appointed. The bathroom tub was dated but the tub shower was great! The bed was very comfortable and the surrounding neighborhood was quiet at night. We enjoyed an evening in the lounge and had excellent service and food. We also had lunch here; delicious chicken salad on a croissant with fresh made sweet potato fries, served with a side of caramel to dip them in. Overall, this property is a very nice older hotel and the staff was terrific. I'm...

"Had to move rooms due to a toilet leak, tv issue and lights not working. Moved to new room and the sheets were gross. The staff was great at working with us though. The property itself was in a great location and the lobby was gorgeous."

"The friendliest staff ever"

"First time staying here. The price was good. The staff was nice. However everything need of update. The room has no mini fridge or a coffee pot. The beds were okay but could use replacing."

"Clean property. Friendly staff."

"The room was fantastic. But there's nothing opened at the place no to eat so you had to travel to find food"

"Place was very nice. Breakfast was excellent."

"Staff very friendly. Came after dark and front desk staff had already wrote on a map how to get to our cabin."

"I only have one word for the accommodations, dining and golf…….EXCELLENT!!!!!"
