Pool was outdoors and not open for season. Outdoor area closed for private event. Staff was polite no complaints. Did have to ask for our complimentary cookie though. lol. Shower floor was very worn and looked dingy. Bathroom needed updates. But beds were comfy and overall room and public areas were clean.
