We had picked this stay for the spa facilities but this was undergoing maintenance and another guest had told us that the hotel charges extra for guests to use it (per hour) which was disappointing. "This is a great hotel to spend your first/last night in Italy. The shuttle service was easy to set up, the driver was prompt and easy to find at the Marco Polo airport. The hotel is quiet, away from crowded, busy places and the perfect spot to rest and relax after a long flight. It is only a 15 min drive from the airport, so very easy to access airport services and water taxis to Venice. "The price you pay for a 4.5 star hotel and you get a closet for a room a literally a closet and had to change room which they did. But the room that was given had an upsale with a total amount for the a 5 star hotel in Venice. The rooms do not look like the pictures they’re much different. Overall it is not worth the money at all. And really it just made Venice experience way too expensive and not good enough. "

"Hotel was clean, bed was comfortable. No shampoo or conditioner available so pack your own. You can’t control the AC so you need to open the windows to sleep a little better. Buttttttt the staff, ohhhhhh the staffffff they are as RUDE AS THEY CAN BE. Unless you are from Italy, you are an annoyance to them. Hotel was very centrally located. "We arrived to the room simple enough after getting off the Aguilana. It was a short 8 minute walk. We were greeted by Enrico and he was pleasant. We were excorted by a porter who took our bags to the room. We stayed in the Annex, which is out the door to the left or to the right behind the main hotel and bakery. It was easy enough to find. You used your key card and entered. They have a small elevator to take you to your roo. The room is large enough for two people. We chose the double bed...

"This is great and beautiful place to stay. Room is clean, simple but really good and you have everything you need around, also easy access to the public transport. However you need to avoid the rooms which is close to the road. Beside the camp is highway and nearest rooms is feels so noisy inside , hard to handle. But we have changed the room in the middle and it was just perfect."
