Room was well furnished and the aircon was appreciated as you'd need the windows closed as you are very central; noise from tourists outside in the evening. Not a criticism of the hotel. We had picked this stay for the spa facilities but this was undergoing maintenance and another guest had told us that the hotel charges extra for guests to use it (per hour) which was disappointing. The staff were polite and helped us check in quickly and did allow us to store our bags at the hotel on the last day after check out"

"This is great and beautiful place to stay. Room is clean, simple but really good and you have everything you need around, also easy access to the public transport. However you need to avoid the rooms which is close to the road. Beside the camp is highway and nearest rooms is feels so noisy inside , hard to handle. But we have changed the room in the middle and it was just perfect."

"The price you pay for a 4.5 star hotel and you get a closet for a room a literally a closet and had to change room which they did. But the room that was given had an upsale with a total amount for the a 5 star hotel in Venice. The rooms do not look like the pictures they’re much different. Overall it is not worth the money at all. And really it just made Venice experience way too expensive and not good enough. "
