Very modern, stylish and clean. The small single bed in the triple room was very firm but the bed was comfy. Easily walkable to the area and bus stops behind the hotel via the side gate at the rear car park. Easy to park, plenty of car parking spaces. Plenty of options at breakfast from savoury to sweet. I like this hotel, big uncovered parking free of payment. My room was clean and comfortable. 15 minutes to bus station to Venezia. Pleasure stay.
