"The facility was easy to find, good parking, reception area lovely and spacious. Rooms were large, comfortable and well maintained. The food for breakfast was very good, nice variety and service was very good. My only issue was that we were not able to get extra pillows during our 2 night stay. My husband has health issues and requires extra pillows to sleep comfortably."

"Property wa convenient for my business rip, Wifi woked great, food at he restaurant was excellent, staff was super nice and friendly, English speaking and helped me fumble with my italian."

"We where very disappointed by the charges for our dog. 30 euro per day extra for the dog. Can you explain where the more costs is coming from? If you charge an extra fee at the end of our stay for extra cleaning of the room I would understand. We enjoyed our stay very much, but we won't come back next year."

"The staff was downright disrespectful. We went to the dining area, and at first, they told us to sit at a specific table. Then, while we were still in the middle of our meal, they came over and rudely told us to get up and move — without any explanation, and in a very unprofessional tone. The breakfast was a joke. "What an amazing experience! Incredible property! The feeling of a King for the day! It’s perfect. The setting is also gorgeous. The pool is a resort in itself. Unfortunately, they rent the pool to the public for day use and it shows. Instead of luxurious and beautiful, it feels a little bit like Las Vegas- very crowded, younger, tattooed crowd. This we didn’t like. The Hotel also does a lot of facility rentals for private parties- but it’s big enough not to be a problem. The Staff was generally very helpful but many are stoic and have limited personality (with the exception of 1 or 2 individuals). There are limited dinner options, so we went out. But, the Town is extremely limited with nice options. Overall, excellent experience though- especially for the price. "

Best Western Premier BHR Treviso Hotel

"We stayed here as we had an early flight from Treviso Airport the next day. Our room consisted of two connecting rooms, which were very comfortable and clean. We had a great night's sleep. There are a few restaurants right next to the hotel, and several more—including supermarkets and shops—within a short walking distance. Taking a taxi to Treviso early in the morning was quick and seamless. Highly recommended stay!"
