"The beautiful night view, the spacious and spotless room and bedroom, and the friendly staff made everything about our stay wonderful. It rained heavily throughout the night, and I fell asleep thinking the sound was the rain, which made the atmosphere feel even more charming. The next morning, I realized it wasn’t the rain at all—it was actually the air conditioner! I couldn’t help but laugh. The only thing I missed was having a bathrobe in the room."

"We expected a budget place since the price fit our budget - instead we got a really decent place - super quiet and easily accessed from the nearby highway, lovely staff throughout our check in to check out experience, better than usual free breakfast, large room with fridge/microwave/coffmaker/iron and ironing board. "Spacious house with amazing view. Owner was responsive to all needs and questions. Great location outside NYC and the small town of Piermont has a good selection of restaurants (and it’s a short drive to other quaint towns). We appreciated that house had a Christmas tree up for us and enjoyed fire pit by the river after the snow! Our family of 9 adults plus toddler and infant were very comfortable in the house - we loved our time there!"

"There were workers in and out of the house all day Saturday due to leaks in a few rooms. No heat on Saturday afternoon until we left on Sunday. Requested some money back and no reply. This was a girls weekend and men coming in and out on Sat and Sunday we did not feel safe. Overall not a good experience at all"
