"It's a great location away from the busy life of the city. The lake is crystal clear and great to swim in though we did not see other swimmers. The rooms are small, yet suffice. I'll probably come back again. "

"Positive point: very short distance from station. Near this guesthouse, there's a nice udon restaurant. Room is big enough to rest. Negative Point: short distance from station also means there'll be some noise caused by train. I saw a giant bug on the ceiling at night. Moreover, some electric outlets and little lamp on the bed didn't work. Only outlets in 2 out of 4 beds worked properly. Air conditioner works well, but it barely gets warm. "This is a very local non touristy village. We enjoyed the hospitality (even if we couldn’t communicate) The owner helped accomadate my sea food allergy. We really liked the hot bath available in the beautiful water. The only thing I would say is that it isn’t close to anything and you have to walk about 22 minutes to the train "
