"We loved this hotel. Rooms are nice and loved the welcome treats in the fridge. Liked the idea of no shoes in hotel. Felt really homey. We enjoyed the onsen, free yakult and ice cream, massage chairs. Definitely get the breakfast buffet. It’s so good. "

"Great stay at the Sotetsu Fresa Inn Kyoto- Kiyomizu Goju. Staff are very helpful, friendly and very welcoming. Rooms are very clean and daily housekeeping is provided, if requested. Excellent amenities and the hotel has everthing you need for a comfortable stay. Beds were comfortable and I liked the pillow options. The location is perfect- 7mins walking distance from Gojo station; one station away from Kyoto station. The hotel is walking distance to the some of the big food markets and shopping streets. Overall, I had a safe and excellent stay and would recommend the hotel. "

"We had a lovely stay at this Japanese boutique style hotel. The hotel is in a great location - walking distance to food and shopping markets, restaurants, bars and tourist areas, and has a metro subway close by. On most evenings the hotel hosts events such as sake tasting and a Meiko performance, which were really enjoyable. The onsen / spa was also a highlight. "
