When I checked my bank account the next day I found I had been charged substantially more than the amount confirmed in my booking. I raised the issue with reception and was told they would investigate. "The location is special and Samoa has real charm, people are genuine and friendly. Service is a little haphazard and food is not top end. Would I recommend to anyone to stay here? for the location yes 100%, and hopefully other wrinkles get ironed out in time. This has the potential to be a really great destination but it’s got a little distance to go."

"Our staying in Le Manumea was great, staff were awesome the room was amazing lot of space in the room, the style of the bathroom and toilet I love it. But everyone may have different opinions about like it. My daughter loves staying there. So well done to the staff they welcome us with smile and they were very helpful. The only thing that needs to be fix properly is the curtains, just a minor fix and the hot water that runs out quick. Otherwise my next trip, I’ll book to stay there for sure....

"The room service was top tier as well as the customer service was top notch. The only thing I would recommend, is being able to adjust the temperature on the aircon to be a bit lower than 22 Celsius As unfortunately it wasn’t cold enough in the hotel room.
