From the time we checked in to the time we checked out the staff were so attentive, their service is amazing always greeting us with smiles, checking if we need anything, and so respectful! The security staff were also amazing going above and beyond to ensure that we are looked after. Our room was cleaned and topped up everyday and the complementary breakfast was beyond what we expected, started everyday with full and happy belly’s. If you’re planning to explore Samoa, then I would recommend getting a car since the resort is on the other side of the island (opposite side of Apia).
