"The air conditioner in the room was amazing! Also all of the hotel staff were great - very kind and friendly and made sure I had what I needed and answered all my questions. I was even able to arrange a ride to the airport (for a fee) with them. "Needs lights on steps it was dark I missed a step and fell. Food was not available during an event. No curtain in kitchen area so no privacy in shower area. But staff very friendly especially a young man named Amu. "

"Lovely place, staff friendly, the lovely lady that cooked the meals was awesome, she was there from breakfast to then end of dinner, sad we left early in the morning so couldn’t thank her, but she always made sure our meals were lovely 😊 "

"We did have a silent night until the cleaners make noises but we told them it’s too noises outside while we try to take a nap but they answered back with nonsense behavior but my husband told her that he will inform the manager but she said go ahead. Poor service and unpleasant people need to hired people who know how to create people and welcome them with warmth welcome. But I hope this place will be better next time. "

I tried contacting the number listed but it’s an incorrectly listed number so we weren’t able to get directions to the home. An Expedia agent tried to as well and couldn’t get in contact with the place neither. We finally found the house after asking around the village for this place only to finally find the place and meet one of the property managers on site, and the manager was shocked that we had booked online as...

"This has been the best experience ever for me in a hotel in Apia. From cleanliness to comfort to service to convenience. I don't have a lot of money but when I can afford this hotel, I will be sure to spend it here. Thank Le Sanita for making my stay a home away from home with an affordable price. But I know that affordable is not an ongoing benefit for most of us. "

"Love that the staff were so friendly, were so nice and welcoming to family and friends that came around to visit us(didn’t mind that we had few drinks by the pool side) Walking distance to Sunrise restaurant and markets. Nice and quiet, barely realized the time until staff came and delivered breakfast 😂 chatted with staff like we’ve known each other for years. Perfect aircon system that kept us going haha. "We stayed for a week in the over water bungalow. The bungalow is showing its age, however still really comfortable. This is five star location, with the balcony over looking the ocean. The air conditioning worked really well and the room is equipped with a fridge that stayed cold, coffee making facilities and towels. We will miss this place and would definitely return "
