"Positives: Food was great, especially Gondola. The beach was nice and calm, with plenty of available lounge chairs and umbrellas. "Amazing staff. Great food. Not many guests or activities at the moment. Had a junior deluxe ocean front room. The view was wow! Spa was amazing. The beach was not great. Its extremely small and man made with not much of a view while swimming except the man made rock barrier. The ware doesn't get tonyhe knees. There are tons of pools though. Cleaning staff was terrible. Room did not hold up to the cleanliness expected at that price point."

"The hotel is outdated. Needs a lot of maintenance outside & inside. The ants in the room are a problem. Lizards get in the room under the space in the front door/ porch door. The water pressure is non existent. The mattress was disgusting!!! The food at the pool bar was GREAT!!! The pool itself is not properly maintained."
