"Hibiscus is a hotel that harks back to the simple island feel. I do not want to impressed by the frills and glitz and then overcharged. Hibiscus had a comfortable clean bed and the room was excellent. I had a deluxe double and the balcony was excellent for relaxing. "I have no complaints"

"I strongly believe that pictures are deceiving now. When you shower you have to wait 5 hours for the water to go down."

"Nothing they took my money and didn't honor my cancelation when my flight was canceled"

"The stay was awful, upon arrival there was no one to check us in. The rooms need to be upgraded' no wifi was provided television wasn't working. There wasn't any security guard on the property didn't felt safe."

"This property is at beautiful location.. Minutes from the town of Ocho Rios, restaurants all attractions within the area. The only issue I had with this resort was maintainance. However the issue can be overlooked as the ambiance is top tier. This is my second time as this property and I have seen improvements so as per my assumption they are upgrading. I would recommend this property to all travellers."

"Not what I expected, hidden gem, peaceful and relaxing in the middle of Ocho Rios Very helpful staff, amazing chef. "
