"The staff in this hotel are top notch. Starting from the front desk to the staff that clean the rooms. One thing I can say is that the cleaning crew and security are very honest. I lost my Pandora bracelet and after reporting it missing the front desk started to do a review of the video at the time I had lost my bracelet. After a day after reporting it they told me that one of the cleaning staff and a security personnel found my bracelet and turned it in into the lost and found department. ...

"Main issue with the hotel is that i booked a junior suite for 4 people. When we got there they said it inky had 1 queen bed and we would have to pay 1500 pesos for a second single bed. So my other child had to sleep on a tiny sofa. Even when i showed them the booking they said i should have known it would only sleep 2!!!"

"The staff are friendly and accommodating. Small area to relax at the beach and not crowded when we stayed. A lot of seaweeds in the beach. The family suite was huge with balcony. Not much to do. Rooftop bar was okay. It is an old resort but I would say decent quiet place to chill. Thank you Whitesand for the surprised cake for Karen! Appreciated much. "

"منتجع ممتاز جداً وهادي ولاتوجد أي فعاليات بالداخل ،، والأكل غير حلال بجميع المطاعم فقط تطلب اكل بحري وسلطه وتطلب منهم فقط الطبخ بـ زيت زيتون لانهم يضيفون زيت الخنزير ع جميع الطبخ حتى البحري للاسترخاء انصح فيه ،، شباب فقط لا انصح فيه أبداً ."

"انصح بالسكن بالقسم المطل على الشاطئ الغرف لديهم نظيفة ويقومون بتغيير فرشات الاسنان ومستلزمات الحمام بشكل يومي اذا اردت الاستمتاع بمناظر خلابة امام البحر عليك باختيار الغرف المطلة على البحر وطاقم العمل لديهم على درجة عالية من التعاون والاحتراف لديهم خدمة الاستقبال من المطار بشكل احترافي ومنسق حيث لديهم قارب خاص ينقلك من المطار ولديهم قسم خاص عند بوابة المطار للنزلاء الذي لم يعجبني الافطار لديهم حيث لايوجد تنوع فالاكثر من الاطباق من الذوق الاسيوي عند عودتي للجزيرة سأسكن هنا"

"The room I was in was very comfortable, clean and quiet. Staff was kind and very attentive. It is a trek from all the tourist attractions downtown Manilla but very close to malls and walking distance to many restaurants and bars. I would add on the extra for the breakfast buffet; it is worth it. "
