Me and my friends really enjoyed our stay here. Many Pros to be said about the staff and the resort. The resort was comfortable and clean. All the staff was respectful, helpful, and inviting as well as professional. Keith, Margarie, and Jose were absolutely amazing. They offered awesome service and made our stay extra memorable. the only down side for us (which is personal preference to be fair) was that the beds in our room weren't not comfortable and we lacked getting good sleep but overall I still give 5 stars and will be back again soon.

This hotel offers plenty of activities, so you can have fun without leaving the premises. The shuttle service to the airport and shopping spots is also convenient. Some facilities may be unavailable (under repair?) or require an additional fee, so it's best to check beforehand. There are rules during your stay, but it's very comfortable overall.

I was very impressed with the lush tropical vegetation, the beautiful salt water lagoon that anchors the property. Love the attentive staff. There were a couple things not working properly in my room one of which was the AC unit but they took care to fix it right away.
