"Overbooked and no manager to talk to, instead staff placed us in a less than adequate place which is up on the third floor so we had to take the stairs and poor location far from beach and not of same caliber as described on website. The original place itself is awful not as described "

"We stayed at Abozza Hotel in Boracay Island, Philippines for two nights. Overall, the stay was decent with a few positives and some areas that could be improved. The management didn’t do anything to accommodate us or even offer to transfer us to a different room. The floor feels unsettled. I would definitely caution booking this resort. "This property had no wi fi in the rooms and even in the reception area it was barely working. They put me in a room far in the back where there was barely any service after I had said I needed wi fi to work while staying here. The bathroom had no toilet paper just a bucket with water. There was no water for a whole night and the following day. I wasn’t able to brush my teeth or shower not even wash my hands.
