"The hotel was lovely , clean and bright. The breakfast room was light and airy and the selection for breakfast excellent. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, they were lovely. The restaurant was good, we had one evening meal there and it was very pleasant, staff were very attentive and we enjoyed the jazz band. We had a pool view room, the room was spacious , the only negative was the heat in the room , it would benefit from air con. We requested an additional fan and it was delivered...

"Excellent hotel and staff we where visiting for our 40th wedding anniversary as we had honeymooned on the island. We have visited on many occasions but our first visit to this hotel and would definitely recommend. Excellent position for the Battle of the Flowers parade."

"The dining area and the lounge were excellent. The rooms were small and had poor cupboards in them. No aircon just a small desk fan - very warm room! Service outside the bar (ie around pool are) was extremely slow."

"Immaculate hotel and the staff were always courteous and helpful. Ideally situated for us in the heart of the St Helier, near the marina, bus station and ferry ports. The breakfast was extensive and the evening buffet excellent and good value for residents at £32 per head."

"A good location on the sea front. Unfortunately the beds are extremely hard and I found them very uncomfortable and had to fold 2 quilts over to lay on top to try to make it more comfortable. The pillows were in a pretty poor condition and were lumpy, I struggled with neck and back pain as a result. We did chat with other guests who found the same issue with the beds. Our room was large with a large bathroom overlooking the pool, however, the bathroom is in need of updating with a dated...

"Fantastic location opposite the beach and lido with regular bus service. Had a spacious room with balcony and sea view. Buffet breakfast - good quality and freshly cooked. Ate in the restaurant a few times in the evening. Food and service were first rate. Friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely stay again."
