"Didn't manage to use spa. Room was, needed to get aircon vent in room fixed and bathroom ventilation fan never really worked even after asking for repair a few times. TV lost signal a few times. In general room was clean and ok and staff were helpful. Location was good and patking was fairly easy."

"Check in was efficient, all staff very friendly, breakfast was very good with lots of choices, food served in evening in the bar was good too. Room was very nice, glad we paid the extra for the sea view as it was lovely to sit and look out at. Nice that it has a pool and jacuzzi and steam room, but prepare yourself before getting into the pool as it was very cold! We picked this hotel over others in the area because of the easy walk into St Helier and the free onsite parking but the spaces out the front of the hotel are limited and some spaces are too small to fit cars in properly and you can end up being blocked in. On our first day a lot of the parking was taken up by staff parking. There is a small overflow car park around the corner but again limited spaces. All said and done we would recommend the hotel and stay there again"
