"For the price we paid, I expected a bigger room as shown in the picture. Our room was very small for two twin beds. It was reached out and can touch someone."

"駅からもフェリー乗り場からも近くてベスポジ。 スタッフもとても感じが良くて、お部屋の掃除はいらないからタオル交換だけとの要望やスーツケースを預かったり、ホテルから九龍駅までのタクシーを呼んでくれたりと、、、気持ちよく滞在できました。 お部屋も綺麗で快適でした。 次回もまた宿泊したいと思ってます。 近くに飲食店やお土産屋さんもあり良かったです。"

"for sure come back with my family to stay. convenience looking food, shop and transportation anywhere else love it!!"

"Great for the airport if you’re stopping over, I wouldn’t be lulled in by the pool feature , I didn’t think breakfast was particularly good which was lacking a lot of basics for me and the evening meal didn’t have a great amount of choice. The room was comfortable although a little small had they have been with my partner and we had two cases the room would be filled fairly quickly., so only decent for a solo traveller I would say."

"Like everything except power outlets are not sufficient and not near the beds to support CPAP and no USB-C charging ports."

"The room is very lovely, the little toddler totally love it. It is clean. I love the food at the Ink and Plate Restaurant. Really go for dinner buffet instead, its much quieter with lesser crowd and the characters goes table to table to take pictures with you. Although the wait can be very long"

"The breakfast buffet was amazing.. representing every food and ethnicity. The room amenities were wonderful"

"快適に過ごせました。 空港にも近く、トラムの利用も便利です。 スタッフの対応も良かったです。"

"Perfect for young families"

"Airport shuttle is very helpful."

"We had a great stay and actually returned here for a second time during this trip—zero issues either time, and we’d gladly come back again. The location is ideal, especially traveling as a family. You are very close to both East Tsim Sha Tsui and Tsim Sha Tsui stations, and having step-free/lift access at both made getting around with luggage and kids completely hassle-free. Whenever it got hot outside, walking through the connected MTR exits and nearby shopping malls was a relief since...

"Hotel is Haunted; Strange noises occurred during late night hour; recent research verified some incidents related fatalities happened on promises recent years"

"Great stay in a perfect location. The staff was attentive and helpful and the housekeeping was immaculate. The room was cleaned daily and we were given many waters and amenities during our stay. The shuttle service was also super helpful and we used it to leave for the airport with good timing. We will be returning and booking again!"
