"The Regala Hotel was not bad but not worth the price. While the staff was excellent, the room was small with a poor design. The outdoor pool got no sun. The food was not good. The worst thing was that you had to take a bus to get to any restaurant or shopping and the subway to get anywhere else. There was no connected mall to the hotel. It wasn't built yet. Because there was nothing close to the hotel other than the airport, everyone wanted to use the curtesy bus to get to restaurants or...

"Awesome experience"

"The hotel definitely looks nicer in pictures than it does in person. It's quite dated, and although my room appeared clean, there was an unpleasant smell that made it feel less comfortable. The pool also didn't look well maintained enough for me to feel comfortable swimming in it. Breakfast wasn't very good either. "We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The service was excellent, with friendly and attentive staff who made us feel very welcome. The hotel itself was lovely, and the breakfast was fantastic, offering a great choice of options to suit everyone. The complimentary shuttle service to the shopping mall was a great bonus, along with convenient links to the MTR and the airport shuttle, making getting around easy. Overall, a wonderful experience and we would happily recommend this hotel and would...

"Very clean and tidy and close to Hong Kong Disney with a shuttle offered which was great"

"This was my fourth stay here. The location is convenient for visiting Disney, shopping, and dining, and the staff were very kind—I had a wonderful time. I will definitely stay here again. I have one question: as an Expedia Platinum member, am I not eligible for "VIP Access" benefits?"

"Excellent Destination and amazing hotel."

"Location was good. The room was good and the island was wonderful. It was a pleasant surprise, once we got there. Note, you must take a ferry to get to the island."
