"Perfect for young families"

"Air-conditioning too loud"

"The location not clear and very hard to find and bus or taxi to airport or metro station "

"There was no running water in the showers as I say that there were (3) showers and it was an old school with beds for 8 people with 3 bathrooms. It was not a Hotel it was an old school and the staff shut down at 6pm so no amenities at all. Staff was no help and neither was security to get some thing to eat. No room service. Very bad stay"

"Positive: location/public transport (Mtr) Negative: Air conditioner in the rooms are set by 18 degrees at the lowest, therefore our rooms was to warm (we requested fans) Both nights during our stay the male sauna/steam rooms were out of order. One of the reasons we paid the higher premium prices was that we wanted to use their facilities. We felt “ripped off”."

"The Regala Hotel was not bad but not worth the price. While the staff was excellent, the room was small with a poor design. The outdoor pool got no sun. The food was not good. The worst thing was that you had to take a bus to get to any restaurant or shopping and the subway to get anywhere else. There was no connected mall to the hotel. It wasn't built yet. Because there was nothing close to the hotel other than the airport, everyone wanted to use the curtesy bus to get to restaurants or...

"Like everything except power outlets are not sufficient and not near the beds to support CPAP and no USB-C charging ports."

"The hotel definitely looks nicer in pictures than it does in person. It's quite dated, and although my room appeared clean, there was an unpleasant smell that made it feel less comfortable. The pool also didn't look well maintained enough for me to feel comfortable swimming in it. Breakfast wasn't very good either. I really try not to leave negative reviews, but as a solo traveller visiting Hong Kong for the first time, I just wanted somewhere that felt clean and comfortable. The location...

"Great location, close to shops and restaurants and mtr sataion. Kowloon park was also right next to the hotel. Only downside was we paid for an xtra bed so the staff gave us an option to Upgrade our suite for an additional £377 that included early check in. But the xtra bed was very uncomfortable my husband ended up sleeping on the couch for 7 nights. So technically we paid a lot of money for just an early check in. At this point we were very tired we had a 12 hr flight and were travelling with...
