"Excellent location for people travelling in from Hong Kong as within 10 min walk from train station. Room are slightly dated but still very good, Cleaners were very good and courteous considering we were always waking up very late and they never complained and ensured our room were clean when we returned. Special mention to the cleaners on the 20th floor on the 27th as we accidentally left one of iphones in the room when we checked out and didn't realize until 2 days later (it was an old spare phone) when we rang the hotel, the cleaning staff had handed it in to the reception and we were able to recover it. Also a special thank you to Cynthia at the front desk for allowing us late check outs and making our check in and check out so smoothly. "

The hotel itself is stunning, and the staff couldn't have been more friendly and welcoming. A special mention goes to Queenie, who greeted us warmly as soon as we walked in to the front desk. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, we had to leave our luggage with Queenie because we wanted to try their famous Chinese cuisine when we arrived and she assured us that our luggage will be delivered and taken care of seamlessly.
