"We added an extra night to our stay which was not communicated well to other staff, so we got locked out of our rooms with deactivated key cards, adding some hassle which was rectified easily enough. Having said that, we would return again. Breakfast buffet was fabulous, especially the various options, but nothing was refilled in a timely manner, even though requested. This was a little frustrating too, especially with limited time to finish our breakfast. Staff were excellent in clearing...

"It was a very pleasant stay, communication with host was amazing. After an evening of shopping and dinner my family was winding down late and we noticed the room was still very hot, contacted our host and he came to our room at 1am to fix the issue with the HVAC"

"We had a one day layover in KUL and we stayed at this hotel, It was perfect as this was in the heart of the city. Use GRAB for car rides was very accessible and the best part was the morning breakfast, so much variety and different kind of food and was included in stay... the location was 10 minute car drive to petronas towers and the city center... also a 30 minute drive to Batu Caves. The airport ride is 1 hour and it can take upto 2 hours in traffic, so plan your return times accordingly...

"クラブフロアに４泊させていただきました。クラブフロアのスタッフは親切で、食事の際も声かけをしていただきました。静かな空間で、ゆったりとお食事ができて、本当に良い滞在になりました。 ただ、客室の洗面台の排水が遅かったので下を覗きますと、水漏れがしていました。急遽バスタオルを下に置き、水漏れを防ぎましたが、二日目以降もバスタオルは片付けられていましたが、水漏れは治っていませんでした。 当方英語ができませんので、説明は無理です。日本語が通じないホテルなので我慢するしかなかったです。あとは、クラブフロアは低層階なので、外のバイクの爆音が夜中に聞こえてきて、熟睡できなかったです。 それ以外は、概ね良好でした。"
