We had the best stay at The Ritz-Carlton. The level of luxury, comfort, and service was exceptional from start to finish. The staff, especially housekeeping, were outstanding — incredibly attentive, warm, and genuinely caring, making us feel like family while catering to our every need. The hotel was immaculate, with housekeeping attending twice daily to ensure the room was perfectly clean and fully stocked. We were delighted by the thoughtful complimentary birthday setup for my husband upon arrival, complete with a cake, which was a wonderful surprise. The daily delivery of a fresh mini cake to our room was a lovely luxury touch. The hotel is also in a fantastic location, with everything within walking distance, making it easy and straightforward to explore and enjoy the area. A truly memorable and refined stay.

We only stayed one night but it was well worth it. The hotel is conveniently located near the pavilion shopping mall which is their main shopping area and it is connected with air conditioned walkway which was nice. We didn't get to participate in breakfast or dinner or the pool but all looked great. Definitely would stay here again. Highly recommend.

We stay at a suite for 2 nights. Check-in was fast. Staff are friendly n polite. They prepared cake n decos for my son birthday. That was nice. Rooms are a clean but beds ain't very comfy. Easy access to prominent malls. Overall a good stay.

I have had a great stay at the Ritz. It’s top class and the hotel staff are always smiling and welcome you warmly. The hotel is located in the middle of a nice busy area with a lot shopping malls around. I highly recommend it!
