"Great location right next to the bridge — you’re downtown in 10 mins. New hotel, great value especially for families with kids. It has a nice pool but it was cold (they claim it’s heated but couldn’t tell). Nice rooms and modern hotel. Highly recommend."

"Clean, helpful, comfortable"

"Great location!! Beautiful accommodations and wonderful staff!!"

"Awesome beachfront hotel. I could not figure out the shower tho."

"The service in the restorante was poor It was noisy in the room from outside- could not sleep"

"The property was beautiful and well maintained., but could benefit from having the connecting pathways better lit, as at night, we had to use flashlights to see our way between the pool hot tub fire pit areas and the restaurants We only found out at check in that there was a resort fee of 45.00 dollars a day. We asked to check out one hour late the last day, a Monday, and were told there would be a 75.00 fee, even though it was practically empty. The property was recently acquired and the front...

"One of the best stays I’ve ever had at a hotel. Everyone and everything was perfect including the location."

"Clean well kept hotel easy walking distance to the city historic sites"

"An excellent hotel, quite clean and well managed. Convenient to historic Charleston and Patriots Point. The price was excellent. We did notice that the floor of the tub was smooth, could be slippery and a potential issue for guests."

"For $700 a night, a guest should at least be able to sleep. Upon checking in, we were assigned Room 301 (located directly beneath the kitchen and breakfast area) and immediately heard loud commotion from above. We asked the front desk if the noise would be a problem during the morning breakfast rush, but they simply said "maybe" but claimed no other rooms were available to move us to. AND to call in the morning if its an issue. Sure enough, the heavy noise started incredibly early and was...

"The bed was so soft it was so uncomfortable and made my back hurt"

"Staff here were amazing It was a bit loud during the middle of the night with people talking outside, and you could hear people stomping around on the floor above Parking was much easier across the street in the overflow lot; rather than the tight spaces under the building The included breakfast was the best I’ve had anywhere"

"Hotel stay was fine but when I purchased the hotel stay through Expedia I was told the price included all taxes and fees. When I checked out I was charged an additional $45/day in taxs and fees."

"The staff was very gracious, the amenities were most enjoyable."
