"Considering the rate , the place and the amenities were reasonable. I suggest though that the property needs an upgrade to hotel standards ( well cushion beds, thick fluffy towels,"

"Checking out at 5 am during a power outage -- no exit lights and no emergency lighting in the stairwell - had to go down 3 flights with luggage by my cell phone light only - treacherous for 2 seniiors"

"This place is so cozy! The beds are incredibly comfortable. The house is fully stocked with plenty of bedding and towels. It was a wondeeful experience."

"Very nice unit with a comfortable living area to relax in, in addition to the bedroom. The back yard was available to sit outside and relax in which I did both mornings and one evening. Convenient to Victoria, 40 minutes away and closer attractions. Instructions to find and access were easy. Jerry was very pleasant to speak to."

"What a setting!"

"This location is exquisite!!! The view is breathtaking! Anyone would enjoy staying at this beautiful cabin. There is a lot of wildlife to view through the big picture window. This is a very comfortable happy place to spend time."

"The property is overall excellent. We like the view, the conditions of the apartment, and the great communication with the agency. The only negative comment is that we could hear people above us walking around the apartment. Thank you."

"Bliss by the Bay was as beautiful in person as online. The property was set up with everything to make your stay feel like home. Location was great. I would definitely stay at this property again."

" Beautiful property We had a number of problems with things that broke but the management company were excellent at responding and helping us. The view from the house is unparalleled !"

"This hotel is wonderful! Very spacious one-bedroom suite, beautifully appointed and nice open views. The pool was excellent and staff ensured there was a good stock of towels. Breakfast was very good, especially the waffles and oatmeal bar. Much more of a luxury experience than we anticipated - you can sure tell it’s a brand new hotel! Parking was very easy. Just a fantastic all round experience!"

"Stayed 8 nights in one of the suites and was very pleased! Definitely an excellent room, large, comfy in all ways. Breakfast delivery was much appreciated as well. Will be back, and will book a suite as well. Staff was great!! Especially the ladies at the front desk, and the nice gentleman that delivered breakfast! Two suggestions, a deadbolt lock is a must. And please, get more updated TV stations, and maybe Netflix. :)"

"I stayed at Poets Cove back in 2023 and now again in 2026. This time I stayed in one of the villas for only one night. Unfortunately the cleaning services provided were poor, I found used soap on the floor of the powder room. There was hair and shampoo stains in one of the bathrooms and the shower curtains were also stained. Housekeeping is not provided if you are staying there for longer. However kitchen set up was nice, it had all the cookware and utensils and they even provided dish pods....

"This is a classy, upscale hotel that is exceptionally clean and contemporary. Clean air and not stuffy. Beautiful location on the water in a quiet area of Sydney. Great view of the waterfront from our room. Staff is very attentive and responsive to our requests. So, a very restful, stress-free stay. Very close to the ferry and Sydney shops and restaurants."

"had a wonderful two day stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcoming😊"
