"... aber leider enttäuschend. Zimmer befinden sich um einen hübschen und gepflegten Patio. Zimmer selbst sind aber merkwürdig verbaut und durch die seltsamen gelben Fenster in ein komisches Licht getaucht. Bettwäsche war fleckig und zerrissen. Im Bad funktionierte die Toilettenspülung nicht; die Duschbrause reparierten wir kurzerhand selbst. Sämtliche Moskitonetze vor den Fenstern sind defekt, abgerissen bzw. löchrig. Klimaanlage ist laut und riecht nach Schimmel.
Nette Poolanlage, aber leider...

"Schon die Anfahrt ist nur mit einem echten Allrad mit LKW-Reifen zu empfehlen. Wir haben es mit einem Jeep so gerade geschafft.
Der Pool ist mit altem grünlichen Wasser gefüllt, nicht zu empfehlen.
Das übelste: es gab KEIN Leitungswasser, also die Rohre waren leer.
Kein Händewaschen, kein Duschen, kein WC.
Wir haben das Klo mit Hilfe eines Abfalleimers mit Wasser aus dem Pool gespült und sind am nächsten Morgen früh um 6 Uhr weg.
Natürlich haben wir wegen des fehlenden Wassers reklamiert.

"No esta mal... aunque si tienen un área de oportunidad muy grande para mejorar, mejorar en los alimentos, los cuartos deben tener siempre toallas, y varias cosas en las que pueden mejorar"

"Lamentablemente pasamos unas noches muy difíciles, las camas y las almohadas eran muy incomodas. Las cortinas eran viejas, en algunas zonas estaban descartadas entonces se filtraba la luz. Además un barandal estaba roto, lo que podía ocasionar un accidente.
La atención fue buena, todos amables, pero definitivamente le hace falta mantenimiento al hotel. "
