"Excellent"

"We have always liked this BW and have stayed here many times. This time the room, and a room we were going to move to, were both very musty smelling. We were just there. In June and the rooms were not musty. The front desk did try to get us another room but it was musty also. The staff though makes the hotel! They are all great, especially the lady that takes care of the breakfast area. They are all very courteous and kind."

"Staff from the front desk was very helpful and courteous"

"The staff were extremely helpful, kind, genuine and processional. The linens and my bed were sooooo comfortable. Definitely highly recommend. Oh, don’t forget to enjoy a cup of tea or coffee on the front porch. Very relaxing and peaceful. Highly recommend the Spencer house. ❤️"

"Everything was wonderful, especially the staff!!"

"EXCELLENT price for the value. Clean room, comfortable bed, decent breakfast. Fitness center could use some TLC and cleaning wipes, pool was small, but overall we were pleasantly happy with our choice to stop here for the night."

"The room was spacious and very clean. The breakfast was very good. Great variety, very tasty. The lady in charge was awesome, very attentive and helpful."

"Roaches in the room and they refused to give me a refund. I was barely in the room for an hour when I was taking a shower and saw a roach on the shower curtain and a roach on the box spring of the bed my kids were sleeping on. Went to the front desk and the girl only offered me another room and couldn’t do anything else for me. I didn’t want to stay there at all at that point because if you have roaches in one room they are in all of them. I packed my stuff up and stayed at a different hotel. I...
