"The location was AMAZING, close to everything and definitely a highlight! We recommend this resort if you plan on spending a lot of time enjoying the grounds. The pools were nice and heated, the beach quite calm, mini golf, restaurants, everything was beautiful, we didn't even got a chance to experience all of it. "There’s a shuttle that takes you to and back from Disneyland every 15-30 minutes. The room wasn’t so clean. I had other dogs’ kibble leftovers on the floor. Overnight parking is $25 plus tax. Pet fee is one time $150 (one to two dogs). Staff members were very nice. The Hanagi sushi place was DELICIOUS! There is also a small game room that kids can enjoy—even adults (there is one pool table). "

"The staff was super nice but the room wasn't so great. We found blood on our pillow and fitted sheet. Honestly it grossed us out. The bathroom was so dated and smelled weird. I wasn't too happy with the room for the amount we paid. Also, sucked that there was no elevator for our room. Again, staff was friendly. Just not happy with the room especially with my kids touching everything it grossed me out. We are traveling back in May and most likely won't come back"

"I arrived on a Friday at 5 PM, but my room wasn’t ready until 6:30 PM. After a long drive, I was already quite tired, so the delay was disappointing. That said, the staff handled the situation exceptionally well, they offered a complimentary drink and upgraded my room, which I really appreciated. I’m not sure what caused the delay behind the scenes, but despite that inconvenience, the front desk team was outstanding and the room itself was very comfortable. "At this particular Motel 6, housekeeping shows up every other day. Not each day. Plan on getting your extra shower towels at front desk if needed. Check to see if they booked your room access card (key to your room) for the proper amount of days of your stay. We had to get them to get us new keys the very next morning."

"Upon arrival was informed pool was closed. Very disappointed. First room was very old crumbs on floor. Later found a cockroach in the bathroom. Called the front desk and they immediately changed our room and gave us breakfast vouchers for the rest of our stay. Staff was very pleasant and willing to help us out. Grounds were clean and breakfast was great!! The lady at the breakfast counter was so sweet and very friendly. "
