"Very dirty and unkept areas of the hotel. Garbage and beer cans left, laying around the pool areas and not cleaned up overnight."

"Clean and renovated rooms located near BC place and restaurants. Nespresso in the room and lobby, which is a positive thing for me. Staff is also awesome. Everything in this hotel is great, especially their cause."

"Hola, yo tuve una buena experiencia quedándome dos noches en este hotel. El staff siempre está atento para limpiar y todo estaba limpio y ordenado. Las sábanas, la cocina y los baños. Lo único que note es que en mi habitación había un olor muy fuerte a humedad/moho. Es por esta razón que no califique con 5 estrellas el alojamiento."

"For the amount we paid for this hotel, the fact they didn't have body wash in the shower was frankly unacceptable. When we brought it to the attention of the front desk they said they would let housekeeping know. No further action was taken and no apology or credit. Very disappointed."

"Beds were very uncomfortable."

"Staffs are accomodating and approachable. I love the breakfast and the place feels like home. .. Shops, cafes' and public transportations nearby. Butbif you aren't use to a street noise or sounds at night, might not be advisable for you. Aside from that, all good for a Solo trip-cation."

"Amazing stay"

"Comfortable stay. My wife and I will definitely stay again. Can’t recommend them enough."

"The property is in an excellent location ,with restaurants on the property. Room has everything you need . Sofa bed was used but it was not comfortable, can feel the springs and could not sleep the first night. Bed itself is great."

"Spacious room in centre of Revelstoke, walking distance to great restaurants. Onsite options are good as well. Checkin was quick. Carpet and room a little dated but all clean and well maintained."
