"Didn’t like the room next to the pool, especially on the first floor. No privacy. No fresh air. No sunlight. Had a damp feeling in the room the whole week. But we did like Nate the bar tender!"

"We liked everything. The service was amazing and the resort is beautiful."

"The room was fine although trying to get thru to the front desk to order a shuttle was frustrating.,Not the best system when the main meeting was in the Mansion and getting there on time was an issue. Also the bathtub/ shower with high sides had no grab bars and a challenge to step over into the bathtub."

Very noisy, little insulation for sound. No restaurant 4 nights each week, daily breakfast very poor. Some staff helpful, some found it hard to smile or be pleasant. No fan in bathroom so room...

"The tub would not drain do you are standing in dirty water while you shower. The door and screen on the slider were broken. The place definitely needs updating."
