Property is located directly on a private beach and connected to West Dennis Beach. There is also a playground, heated pool, shuffle board, and mini golf. Location is great for accessing the entire Cape, especially the eastern side.

As always, another great stay. The attention to detail and maintenance of the property is impressive. The convenience of dining for breakfast, lunch or dinner without leaving is always appreciated. Staff are friendly and the location is hard to beat.

Our second year visiting and it won’t be our last. Beach is very peaceful and while it is small it is never crowded. Lounge chairs and umbrellas are always available. We had dinner one night at the restaurant and it was surprisingly good. The setting on the lawn overlooking the ocean was perfect.
