"Leider keine 5-Sterne-Erfahrung!

"Staff is very helpful and professional. Rooms are top notch. Onlg negative is the price."

"This hotel was a beautiful property that was maintained very well. The staff were very friendly at all times, which makes your stay a lot better. The room we were in was spacious and very clean and the AC worked well. The pool area, also very nice!"

"This hotel was such a surprise! We had an unexpected layover in the Azores, and booked this hotel at the last minute. As soon as we arrived, we were welcomed with cold towels (it was summer) and were amazed by the beautiful property. We were also also mindblown by the handwritten welcome card and the fruit basket. The staff was very courteous and helpful. We could not believe that such a first class breakfast was included in our stay. Chefs that are ready to take your order, buffets of protein,...

"Clean but minimal. Not a 4 star hotel. Small, poorly laid out rooms. Amazing, helpful staff but overall, not worth it. Will avoid for future visits."

"War super! Haben das Zimmer nur für eine Übernachtung gebucht. Das Personal war extrem nett und hilfsbereit, für den Abflugmorgen gab es ein Lunchpaket. Würden jederzeit wiederkommen!"

"Pleasantly surprised with our stay! The hotel was much nicer than it seemed based on research. The check in was easy and they even gave us free parking. We were also surprised by a fresh fruit plate that was sent to the room! The pools and hot tub were nice and every common area in the hotel was spotless. The beds were also very comfortable…probably the best ones we had on our entire trip!"

"Firstly, I must say that the staff at the VIP Executive Azores Hotel is by far the most professional, helpful and friendly staff we've ever interacted with. The service throughout our stay was exemplary. Our deepest thanks goes to restaurant staff Hugo, Paulo, Erica and Elizaura. Enrique at the reception desk was always helpful and ready to hear about our day. The hotel is perfectly situated to the City Centre, the harbour, the pineapple plantation and the botanical gardens. The restaurant...

"The room was clean and quiet. The breakfast in the morning had a lot of items to choose from. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. We would stay here again."

"Amazing trip with my fiancé, would not book another hotel. Amazing outdoor pool, indoor pool, hot tub spa and food/ drinks were great. Best location possible"

"Great staff and breakfast. We also Loved the grounds and pool!"

"High end but casual. Understated elegance. Stunning surroundings and an extremely spacious room with a beautiful view. Breakfast and dinner were delicious. Lovely and helpful staff."

"Lovely hotel with both character and excellent amenities. Great location looking over the sea and a stone’s throw from the restaurants and shops. Parking was 10 euros for the night, but that gave us a place in a secure car park just round the corner from the hotel entrance."
