"Fantastic Breakfast. ASK for server WILLY (he's amazing). WILLY filled us with his unconditional love and sunshine!! My loved was so comfortable with Willy, she had gotten mom to face-time with Willy. He made both of the ladies feel so special and seen. He invited 'mom' to come on a visit next time. It was amazing watching the three of them interact on 'facetime'. Go see Willy when having breakfast at the PALMS for breakfast. Tell Willy that 'white chocolate' sent you! With Loving...

"SOLID BUT INCONSISTENT Amazing location, gorgeous water and setting, good restaurants, BUT the service and quality was always inconsistent. Also, getting a reservation at the restaurants on the property was a nightmare, people wake up at midnight to reserve spots at reasonable hours, seemed ridiculous. All in, great property, but some days I would have the best burger at the bar and the next day, different person, just sucked. The lack of consistency is why it gets 3.5-4 stars "

"Suite is nice , but they forgot to lock the other bedroom ( they are all 2 bedroom suites if u only book one room they just lock the other ) Then they tried to charge me for the other room when we didn’t use it .. and they still never locked it The restaurant is only one on roof and it’s not good at all … it’s actually kind of really bad I got ceviche and it was slimy . There is no desserts. Staff is nice best part .. whirlpool is luke warm. Also to give u a tip bring cash all taxis take...

"This is our favorite hotel in Aruba, we always get the ocean view King. The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and they have the best beach on this property, hands-down. We were a little disappointed. That half of the pool was still empty because of the new tower that was being built but next time it will be full again."

We ate only at the Italian restaurant - food was decent, but nothing wow about it. Here, I also had the worst and the priciest Manhattan of my life ($35 with tip included). The beach is great - white sand, shallow Caribbean blue water, but crowded - lounge chairs too close - and some of the umbrellas are missing the QR Codes and buttons to order...
