"All was well with my husband’s stay at this hotel! He really liked it & plans to return. However, one hiccup. He was unable to check in on the first night. He was too late. He still paid for that night despite not staying in the hotel & did not get the money back or given the option to use another night. "The problems with this establishment are as following: communication with staff at the front desk is difficult. Due to their rudeness & inabilities to want to help the client. Also, house keeping does not clean your room unless requested. Requesting this was extremely difficult. Asking for clean towels was also difficult. I would not recommend this establishment. Many other issues not worth my time mentioning. We will not return."
"L’hébergement est en rénovation propre mais manque beaucoup de fonctionnalités et commodité. Toute petit chambre comprend seulement un lit double et une chaise. Pas garde robe donc obligatoirement doit laisser notre linge dans la valise . Pas de mini-frigo . Il faut aller chercher des glaçons à la réception ( fermée entre 7:30 pm et le lendemain 8:30am) . l’eau qui sort du robinet de la toilette est potable mais chaude car le réservoir d’eau de l’établissement est sûrment sur la toit ....

"L’hébergement propre et meublé de facon pratique, Un peu à l'écart de la zone touristique mais transport publique disponible jusqu’à une certaine heure de la journée .Situé sur la plage ( seule une route le sépare ) . Cette plage n’est pas aménagée . Il faut prendre le bus ou auto pour se rendre à Eagle, Palm ou Arashi beach, restaurant ,centre commercial et épicerie. Il y a une piscine à la court arrière . Personnel agréable et serviable."
"Couldn’t have been happier with our choice here. About a 20min taxi to the “tourist” areas but the local restaurant near the villa are arguably better than the ones on the north end of the island. Beaches near us were relatively empty in comparison to the north end of the island.
Only suggestion I have to future visitors is to keep the bathroom door shut when running the AC. The room gets very cold once you do this. Otherwise, it can get a little toasty. 5 stars all around. If we come back to...
"There was no airport shuttle although they are advertising that there is an airport shuttle.
I knew before that the check in time is 4o'clock but the property is completely locked off in the unfortunately case that you reach early you have to wait with all your luggage on the street and there isn't any bench or shade where you can wait comfortable.
The bed are all bunkbeds.The price is good because Aruba is an expensive island.
But if you want to get some where the roads are great no traffic...

"This is not a hotel but a hostel. And as such the place works ok.
But when advertised as a hotel it falls short, there is no cleaning of the rooms, not even the toilesbasket is emptied. The power to the a/c is cut during the day and you have to ask for permission to get it switched on again. Towels are not included but cost 10Usd to rent per piece. There is no hot water in the shower
