"The breakfast was amazing! The pool was incredible. Many who worked there were so kind and helpful, & professional. The ladies who worked the breakfast were so caring and responded quickly when you asked for foods to be refreshed!. They all worked so hard. Our house keeper ENA was the best we have ever had! She was sweet and went way above and beyond the call of duty to accomodate us. She treated us like family and honored guests. Jorge who works at the pool is awesome! Our family was so hoping that he would be back this year and we all were high fiving when we saw him! He was a big reason we chose to go back to this hotel!! We met a new young man who worked at the pool area named John. He always greeted our family with a big smile and asked how we were and made great conversation with us! While reservations were a little on the difficult side, the variety at the buffet was excellent as well as the food so the 2-3 nights we didn't have a reservation, the dinner and food was great!
