"The reception team were very helpful. All the staff were very assistive as well. The food was great! The pool, the beach and the shows were very entertaining."

"The beach was absolutely beautiful…and that’s about where it ends. The rooms were extremely outdated. Ginger and the Italian place were the only places you could get a tasty meal. Front desk staff were not responsive and didn’t seem to care. I’ll definitely be returning to Aruba but will look to stay elsewhere."

"I would like to compliment the staff at the Holiday Inn Resort Aruba – Beach Resort & Casino on my stay. Overall, I enjoyed my experience and appreciated the resort’s atmosphere and accommodations. "The hotel was incredibly clean, and the staff was absolutely wonderful- so friendly and helpful throughout our entire visit. On top of that, the breakfast was amazing with a fantastic selection. Highly recommend it"

"Went here on a girls trip. The beach was beautiful and we spent most of our time enjoying the view and cooling off in the clear water. The chairs at both the beach and pool were very comfortable. Staff were attentive and friendly. The rooms were clean and the property was well cared for. Really enjoyed our stay!"

"I requested months in advance for a ground floor room because of my elderly mother coming with me. Since that request, she has broken her hip and has been recovering. We were put in a 3rd floor room (no elevators, all stairs) and told no other ground floor rooms were available. Although I didn't receive a confirmation for a ground floor room months ago, just told that my request was noted in my reservation by the resort, the staff said that the room I booked was 2nd or 3rd floor only. "This resort was perfect, with 2 excellent restaurants (Passions on the Beach and Horizons). The beach had ample palapas and you didn’t need to get up at 6 am to reserve a spot! The room was very clean and comfortable. Super Foods is a very short walk. There are many excellent restaurants in walking distance."
