"Not bad price but not much breakfast (cereal, eggs, bagels), water slide was down, our key card stopped working twice, same with our friends, no gates would work with our card and wasn’t told about it until we couldn’t get in. I feel it’s a little out dated but it’s nice that it is next to airport. You can hear planes so if that’s a problem I would look elsewhere."

"Sheets and blankets was not clean, the smoke alarm wasn’t even installed, tv control didn’t work, restroom ceiling had mold, all walls were peeling off, door handle was broken and restroom door handle didn’t lock. The people next door were fighting all night, and you can hear everything from people passing on hallways. Only good thing was the location next to freeway and close to almost everything. "

"They don’t pick up the trash. They don’t clean your room. They allow other guests to smoke weed and play loud music all night long. The AC did not work well. "

"My experience was honestly disappointing. While they were cleaning the AC units, we were left waiting for over 20 minutes with no clear communication. I also requested a late check-out, but the front desk employee failed to note it properly. The next day, a staff member came in very rudely, even banging on the door and questioning why we hadn’t left yet. I had to call the front desk to explain the situation, which could have easily been avoided if the request had been handled correctly the night before. On top of that, the room itself was not in good condition. The bathroom was very dirty, and there was ongoing tile work on the walls that had been left unfinished, making the space feel unprofessional and uncomfortable. Overall, the lack of communication, cleanliness, and customer service made this a frustrating stay."

"BEWARE THIS IS NOT A HOTEL. They are only open from 8 am to 6 pm. I made my reservation through Expedia and arrived after 7 pm. They told me I didn't have a reservation and that they didn't have a room for me. They said they don't guarantee any reservations through any hotel booking app, only through their website. They told me they would call me the next day if they had a room available. More than 5 days have passed and no one has called me. Please mention this so people don't trust them. If you make a reservation through the app, it doesn't mean you have a room reserved. This company, which calls itself a hotel but isn't, shouldn't be listed on any hotel booking app in the United States since it doesn't guarantee a room to the customer."
