They told me I didn't have a reservation and that they didn't have a room for me. They said they don't guarantee any reservations through any hotel booking app, only through their website. They told me they would call me the next day if they had a room available. More than 5 days have passed and no one has called me. Please mention this so people don't trust them. If you make a reservation through the app, it doesn't mean you have a room reserved. This company, which calls itself a hotel but isn't, shouldn't be listed on any hotel booking app in the United States since it doesn't guarantee a room to the customer."
