"There was no hot water whether you showered early in the morning or late at night. Housekeeping brought clean towels once in 6 days and did no cleaning whatsoever. Elevator floors were filthy."

10/10 Excellent
"Our stay was amazing! The owner was so accommodating! My kids loved the pool. It is a little further than I thought from Fort Bliss but we made it work! I would stay again if we ever come back!"
"Wonderful, beautiful. Beds were super. Had pretty much everything to cook with. Very private and quiet. Owner gets back to you quickly. Only downside— need more bath towels, washer pods, trash bags and dishwasher pods. All the dinnerware is glass which is not good with kids. Pool lounges would also be nice. We all felt safe and had a wonderful time. Pool may seem small but it was perfect. The outside kitchen is a plus with the large gas grill. Great view and wonderful sunset’s. Would recommend this property. The soaking tub and huge walk-in shower in master bathroom was nice. We bought pool toys and left them for the next guests as well as nonperishables ( play it forward). Our family enjoyed the stay "
